Here at Colorado Primary Health Care, we provide wellness exams and screenings for our patients. We review your current health and make sure you are in the best shape health-wise that you can possibly be.

What to Expect

When you visit Colorado Primary Health Care, you will receive exceptional care every time. You will meet with one of our highly skilled internists to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your health. Once you have spoken with you doctor, a wellness exam or screening will be conducted to further address your concerns.

Our doctors use the latest technology and techniques available in medicine in our exams and screenings so that you receive the most comprehensive care possible.
