Brittany Aliberti is a Colorado native who has made it her priority to help others achieve health and wellness. She began her nursing career in 2003 at the age of 19 gaining experience with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Over the 10 years at Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital she earned her RN/BSN through the University of Phoenix and master’s degree from the University of Colorado in 2016 becoming an adult/geriatric nurse practitioner. As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Brittany has worked for 4 years in a general practice focusing on educating others about preventative medicine as we as managing diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, weight loss, respiratory conditions, pain management and both male and female hormone imbalances. Most of her nursing career was at Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital managing co-morbidities after post-surgical and life changing events. Brittany also worked at Sky Ridge Medical Center working on the medical surgical floor. During her master’s program, she worked for Centura Float Pool at 5 Denver Metro Area Hospitals on 12 different medical floors. As a nurse practitioner she has worked for several years in pain management. Brittany has also worked for almost a year in male hormone replacement as a Center Director at LowT Center. For the past year she has focused on internal medicine gaining knowledge to assure patients can trust that she can evaluate and manage their concerns and needs.
Brittany continues to expand her knowledge with continuing education from the University of Colorado as well as through her certifying body American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a member of the American Nurses Association as well as the AANP. She is also a member of the Nurse Practitioner Network allowing her to follow groups such as Colorado Society of Advanced Practices Nurses, National Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneur Network, Northern Colorado Nurse Practitioner Coalitions, and Southern Colorado Advanced Practice Nurses Association
As a nurse practitioner Brittany strives to be professional as well as portray a kindness that creates a trusting relationship with her patients as well as with all others. Brittany views her patients and co-workers at Colorado Primary Health Care as part of her family as she devotes her time and energy to care for others as much as she does her own family.
